Meet Dr. Renee

As an Educational Psychology and Spiritual Mentor, I have stood by the side of my clients over the last 17 years helping them find their own way in overcoming personal tragedy, let down, relational troubles, and difficult life transitions. I have lived the story of what many of my clients are facing. As a young child and adolescent I faced many sleepless nights and days living in fear of when the next panic attack would come. I grew up thinking life was scary and unpredictable. I spent most of my 20s worrying about all the things that could go wrong in life only to find I wasn’t living at all. In fact, it was only in to my 30s that I truly began to listen to my “voice” and faced my most monumental turning point after facing my own major life/health issue. It was this turning point that forced me to decide who I was and what I was capable of.

Despite having a Ph.D. in the field of educational psychology and two decades of teaching experience, I knew there was still so much more learn. It was after this journey that I found that I truly conquered the “enemies” of internal doubt, negative thinking, and hopelessness. I found my true purpose and the most amazing sense of bliss one could ever imagine. I learned the principles of emotional authenticity and how to implement these into my everyday life to show up and be fully present. I became a better mother and partner. I also improved my career potential and began this amazing program. I now want to share this amazing information with YOU!!!
