Service Description

During the inner child session, we will incorporate an integrated approach of spirituality and modern psychology where we connect and maintain our connection to our true essence in order to heal old wounding, traumas, and other childhood needs. Within this guided healing session, we will work on reparenting the inner child and also restructuring the inner parent to his/her rightful position within. It is often that our inner child struggles most due to this misalignment between the inner child and inner parent.
